Chinese, likely late 19th/early 20th century. Pair of blue and white porcelain circular double wall constructed hot water plates or dishes with spouts on each side for pouring hot water to heat plate surface, decorated in "Nanking" pattern with architecture on rocky islands with trees, figure on footbridge, boat on water, diaper patterned borders. Each unmarked. Width (across spouts) approximately 10.4".
Overall very good condition. There are scattered areas fluorescing beneath the glaze under ultraviolet light, however, there are no observable repairs.
