Art Metal (American (Jamestown, New York) founded 1887), circa 1950s. A postwar grey brushed steel tanker desk comprising a beige linoleum rectangular top surmounting one central drawer with exterior Art Metal plaque with compartments for office supplies, flanked by sliding shelves each surmounting three drawers, the top left drawer with separated space for files, resting on cylindrical legs. Approximate height 33", width 60", depth 29.5".
