All pieces are structurally sound with various scratches, nicks, chips, minor losses and flaking. Most have shrinkage lines visible in the veneered back of all pieces and there is shrinkage to some of the pierced elements all would be expected in older laminated furniture and commensurate with usage. All pieces exhibit restored finish. The sofa and settees have some filled shrinkage. Majority of the lamination appears to be tight. Sofa and settees have old repairs to cresting adjoining carved elements, scrolls, repaired and/or filled cracks. The majority of carved elements such as the roses are in very good condition. There are minor areas of patching where the wood appears to be lighter. Some pieces have scattered areas of veneer loss or cracking particularly where the feet join the casters. Some casters are later replacements. All fabric is in very good, unstained condition with no presence of odors.
