Madame Gres of Paris (French, 20th century). Designer silk scarf with gold floral and fruit spray at center within shaped border with berries and leaves further surrounded by repeating gold samovars on cobalt and navy blue ground. Marked lower right corner "GRES PARIS". Overall measures approximately 33" x 34.5". Provenance: From the Estate of Karen F. Rohrer of Tucker, Georgia.
Condition
Item previously owned but in very good to excellent condition overall. A few small pin holes near corners (likely from brooch), no other signs of damage, loss or repair.
