French, late 19th/early 20th century. Louis XV style gray painted and caned jardiniere on stand, the oval zinc liner in a fitted conforming stand with caned sides mounted with floral swag garlands, on leafy carved slender cabriole legs joined by a beaded and caned concave rectilinear stretcher. Height 31.25", width 23.5", depth 13.75"
Structurally sound however there are loose joints and some separation (see images 8 & 9). Flaking of paint and some chipping to the wood (image #10). Traces of glue residue on canning. Some missing beading on the concave stretcher base.
