Louis Comfort Tiffany (American, 1848-1933), early 20th century. A Tiffany Studios iridescent gold favrile art glass vase, pattern #104, with wide rounded rim at top above tapered neck with applied diamond banded motif. Underside of vase on ground pontil with engraved "L.C. Tiffany-Favrile" and "104 G". Approximate height 4.7", diameter of opening at top 5.9". Provenance: From the Estate of Mary L. Haugk, Lawrenceville, Georgia.
Glass is bruised with crack at the bottom and discoloration. There is some loss of the iridized finish. There in an internal fracture under the rim running 4.25". Manufacturing flaws to the interior.
