Carvers' Guild (American, 20th century). A large French Empire style giltwood and ebonized wall mirror, with rectangular beveled looking glass, with stepped cornice, frame with central frieze depicting stylized urn with scrolled acanthus and fleurettes, central frieze and looking glass with twisted ribbon border, looking glass flanked on either side by vertical rectangular frieze depicting stylized dripping foliates, with applied label to verso "Marie Antoinette Antique Black &Gold Beveled", with additional applied label "Carvers' Guild". Overall approximately 50.5" x 34.5".
Overall very good condition. Very minor scattered specks of gilt loss.
