- Lot Description
Lalique (French, founded 1888). Lalique Pour Homme "Mascotte Faun” (Faun Mascot)", limited edition Flacon Collection men's cologne bottle, circa 2001. An art glass men's eau de parfum bottle surmounted by a striking frosted and molded faun--the half-man half-goat of Greco-Roman mythology. The base encased within a gilt metal industrial gear frame. Top lifts off to access the molded fluted cylindrical bottle. Bottle etched on edge of bottom "Lalique France". Overall approximate height 7", width 3", diameter 2.60". Item contained in original manufacturer's box and accompanied with small paper pamphlet with information on this bottle and corresponding certificate card with handwritten "B425" as limited edition number. Provenance: From the Estate of Mary L. Haugk, Lawrenceville, Georgia.
Condition
Overall very good condition with no chips or cracks. Minor oxidation to the gilt.
