- Lot Description
John Pavlicek (American, b. 1946), "Untitled (Homage to Schwitters)", mixed media collage on wood board, signed at lower center "Pavlicek ". Abstract assemblage or mixed media collage composed of various paper elements in the vein of noted German assemblage and collage artist Kurt Schwitters (German, 1887-1948), with scraps of sheet music, floral paper and mint painted elements. Framed approximately 18.25" x 16". Sight approximately 9.75" x 7.75".
Condition
Not examined out of frame in order to preserve present condition. Overall very good condition. Extremely minor lifting of blue elements; commensurate with medium and not distracting.
