- Lot Description
Joan Giordano (American (New York), contemporary). "Abstract Composition", mixed media on canvas, signed to verso of canvas. Explosive abstract painting in purples, greens, pinks, and blues reminiscent of a cosmic view centered by many wide bands at center overlapping and flanking each other beneath the paint surface. Gallery wrapped canvas approximately 48" x 60". Provenance: From the Private Collection of Ann Jacob of Highlands, North Carolina.
Condition
Overall in excellent condition. Very minor scuffing to side edges of canvas commensurate with light handling. Under black light examination, no apparent repairs or losses.
