- Lot Description
St. John (American, founded 1969). A ladies' designer ensemble comprising an ivory 100% silk blouse with wide collar, french cuffs, and black and gold enamel buttons to placket; and a leopart print open front cardigan with long sleeves, loose ruffled front, and patch pockets at either hip. Blouse with white label "St. John" and indicating US size 12. Sweater with "St. John" and indicating US size 16. Sweater retaining original sales tag indicating a retail price of $1,195. Blouse width across shoulders approximately 16", length back of collar to hem approximately 28". Sweater width across shoulders approximately 18.25", length back of collar to hem approximately 25.5".
Condition
Blouse in excellent pre-owned condition. Sweater in new condition. Each with no apparent holes, rips,alterations, or losses. Sweater with one loose thread to lower hemline, likely a loose thread end from initial sewing.
