- Lot Description
Italian handmade 18k gold, sapphire and ruby cabochon cross necklace pendant with large and vibrant Royal Velvet blue sapphire oval cabochon (approximately 16.85 carats) at center surrounded by diamond ring with brilliant cut diamonds (approximately 1.54 carats total weight) flanked by radiating arms with scrolled foliate motif in white gold leading to four oval deep pigeon blood rubies (approximately 27.5 carats total weight). Back of cross with engraved dedicatory inscription that reads "My Most Treasured Friend Merry Carlos With My Love -Su". Assay marks on back in the lower portion. Approximate height 4.8" x 3.125". Approximate weight 105 grams.
