Italian, circa 1970s. Ladies flexible link 14k yellow gold ring with 6 heart shaped natural cabochon sapphires (each measuring approximately 4.5 x 4.5mm, color: dark blue, clarity: I1) and three cultured button pearls (approximately 4.75mm in diameter each, grade A) on three flexible links connected to a solid shank bottom. Marked "FANCAN", "1562", "WI", and "750". US ring size 6. Total weight approximately 13.9 grams.
