Henri Carnier (British, 1800 -1868), "Venetian Scene", oil on canvas, signed lower right "H. CARNIER". Painting depicting a view of Venice, Italy with gondoliers on gondola boats on canal with Bell Tower in the Piazza San Marco under blue sky with scattered clouds. Overall framed approximately 22.25" x 30". Unframed approximately 14.6" x 22.9". Provenance: Acquired by a Private Collection in Atlanta, Georgia from the Armour Estate in Kansas.
