Chinese, late 19th/ early 20th century. A collection of five Chinese porcelain teacups and saucer decorated in famille rose palette comprising of three handleless cups, one with scalloped rim and bearing figural scenes to body alternating with wide orange vertical bands, one with scalloped and bearing two courtly figural scenes to body within shaped cartouches separated by fields of purple diaper patterning, and one with a figural scene on tondo depicting Buddhist figures in a landscape; one tea cup with loop form handle to one side, the body decorated on tondo with two figures set within a landscape on a porch with fence to background; and a small round dish or underbowl with courtly figures on a deck or porch beside a structure with flowering branches behind the rim with a band of cartouches displaying architecture and foliate patterning. All unmarked. Largest handleless cup approximately 2" tall, 3.5" diameter, handled cup approximately 1.5" tall, 3.5" wide, underbowl approximately 1" tall, 4.75" diameter.
