• Lot Description
  Burmese, Early 20th century. Two framed works, each holding two hand painted figural scenes on silk roundels, comprising of on on off-white or cream silk with upper scene with kneeling figures surrounding figure standing on lotus flower--presumably a deity figure, lower scene with men walking in dark gray tunics with pink head wraps and belts amid palm trees; the other set on pink silk with depicting a procession with figure on elephant with attendants. Each framed approximately 20.6" x 12". Each roundel sight size approximate diameter 6.25".
