Japanese, 19th/20th century. Collection of fifteen pieces of red and black lacquerware comprising of a set of five unmarked matching red lacquered bowls with flared rim on circular foot; a set of three circular trays with red lacquered tondo with black exteriors and rims (one marked on bottom); an Edo period red floriform patterned circular tray; a bowl with red lacquered interior and black exterior (marked on bottom in red); a set of four footed red and black lacquered circular stands with impressed marks on bottom; and a red and black circular tray raised on three feet. Red lacquered bowls approximate height 2", diameter of top 6". Floral patterned tray diameter approximately 15". Provenance: From the Collection of Owner and Director of Gallery Momoyama, Reginald Williams of Atlanta, Georgia.
