- Lot Description
Diego Giacometti (Swiss, 1902–1985) style hand hammered and forged iron and glass coffee or cocktail table have a square top with beveled edge raised on turned hammered legs united by paddle style cross-stretcher centered with a circulet. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 19", width 40", depth 40".
Condition
Structurally sound and overall good condition. Glass top with surface scratches. There is a flea bite to the edge of beveled top; not distracting. Minor loss of patinated finish to iron at top of leg/support probably from contact with glass top.
