- Lot Description
Lufft (German/ Stuttgart, 1872- ). A tripartate skeleton weather station c.1960s-70s with large round central Barometer flanked on left by smaller round Hygrometer and on right by smaller round Fahrenheit Thermometer. Each dial has glass back and front faces decorated gold and black inscriptions dictating type of dial and measurements, and black and brass hands, with the entire group of dials presented on a sloping black metal arm and pedestal decorated with bands and border of inlaid brass. Retailer label on bottom of pedestal base "Optisches Facheschaft, Karl Dieterich, Optikermeister, Heidelberg, Friederich-Ebert-Platz 1". 6 1/4" tall x 10" wide x 2 3/8" deep.
