English, early 19th century. George III mahogany sideboard, diminutive in size and having a concave central front over conforming case with single frieze drawer flanked to one side by a deep and fitted cellarette drawer, the other a cupboard door, all cockbeaded with locking mechanisms and brass lion masks pulls raised on square tapered legs ending in spade feet. Height 33", width 44.75", depth 21".
Screw is replaced on one pull in frieze drawer. One screw is missing to locking mechanism in frieze drawer. Traces of glue residue to cellarette drawer sides and base. Replaced running boards. Missing block underside apron. Staining on upper edge side of top poorly done. Repair of cracks to top. Separation in drawers commensurate to age.
