French, late 19th century. A Louis XV or rococo style giltwood occasional table, oval in form, having an inset white marble top, a molded apron with a ribboned upper edge and an egg and dart molded lower edge, accented with flowers, rosettes, and acanthus leaves, on four tapered and twisted legs terminating in arrow feet, with an X-stretcher mounted with a centered flowering urn. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 29.75", width 35", depth 23.75".
Some seam separation. Gilt polychrome has been re-done, and is shiny and bright. Some small cracks in wood, and some losses and gilt to floral bouquet on stretcher. Some surface scratching and minor chip to edge of marble top. No other visible signs of damage or repair.
