French, 20th century. Baker’s wall clock with undulating shaped black lacquered wooden frame case with hinged and glazed front that opens to white dial within with black Roman numerals on chapter ring. Hand painted surround with charming views of figures amid French country architecture near water, all scenes with figures boating amid landscape. Overall approximate height 24”, width 20.25”, depth 5.125”.
Overall very good condition. Clock is currently running and striking on the half an hour. Minor oxidation to the bezel. Very minor wear to the edges of dial. Key is present.
