French, 19th century. French Empire toleware, gilt and patinated bronze colza style 12 light chandelier surmounted by a circular corona issuing anthemion and suspending 6 patinated and gilt rods joined to the circular font which is further mounted with ten scrolling arms, fitted with faux wax candle sleeves and centered by a urn with palmette finial, with palmette terminal. Height 31.5", diameter 24".
Overall good condition. Chandelier is electrified & currently in working order. Minimal wear to gilt finish. Metal shows minor oxidation. Chip to very tip of pamlette. Minor surface wear to finish on tole, commensurate with age.
