Chinese, Qing Dynasty (1644-1912), Kangxi Period (1662 -1722). Framed Chinese porcelain plaque of rectangular form with imperial yellow ground border decorated with scrolling flowering lotus enclosing a scene with five foo dogs, lions or shishi to the center playing with an embroidered ball amidst floating auspicious emblems and cloud scroll on turquoise ground. Stamped for Kangxi period lower right. Within a wood frame. Height 19.15", width 30.5".
Plaque not examined outside of frame. Minor color loss. Fine pattern of dense "cracking" commensurate with age.
