English, Early 19th century (circa 1810). Period Regency mahogany wood corner cabinet with shaped cornice top above hinged door with entwined oval mullions on original glass door that opens to shelved storage within, lower section with hinged paneled door that leads to shelved space within. Approximate height 78.75", width 27.5", depth 16.25".
Structurally sound. Significant chip to right part of pediment (see image 3). Cabinet has been electrified. Hole has been drilled in back for wiring (see image 10). Small crack to glass at top. Scattered chips to beading. Scattered imperfections & chips to finish, commensurate with age & usage. Each shelf missing a display element. Two repairs to door (one visible in image 6). Due to shrinkage, bottom door does not open with ease.
