Dutch School, 20th century. "View of Amsterdam Canal", oil on canvas, pencil inscribed on stretcher and dated "Veltmen 1948". Painting depicting a view of the city of Amsterdam in the Netherlands with calm canal with docked boats beside buildings on shores, Westerkerk clock tower in background. Framed approximately 35" x 27". Unframed approximately 27.6" x 19.75".
Condition
Overall good condition. Paint layer is stable. No tears & no repairs.
