Delinieres & Company (French (Limoges), 1894-1900), hand painted porcelain plaque, unsigned. Rectangular vertically-aligned porcelain plaque with figural scene of young beauty with long curled hair adorned with flowers, wearing long rose pink gown holding a white cloth overhead amid pink and brown flowers and leaves. Marked on back of plaque with "D & C FRANCE" in green. Overall framed approximately 19.5" x 16". Plaque approximately 12.25" x 8.75". Provenance: From the Estate of Mary L. Haugk, Lawrenceville, Georgia.
Light dirt and grime to surface and would benefit from light cleaning. A few scattered glazing imperfections. Small flake to porcelain under glaze at left center near frame in background. Small surface scratches to woman's left thigh--enamel not lifting. Wear along edges where meets frame. No other signs of damage, loss or repair.
