The Hickory Chair Furniture Co (American, founded 1911), Contemporary. Regency style Gardner window seat or bench having a pickled finish with slatted scrolled ends enclosing the stripped upholstered and padded seat raised on simulated bamboo legs. Approximate height 30.6", width 35.5", seat depth 20", seat height 19.5".
Condition
Upholstery in good condition with no signs of staining, holes, rips or damage--light wear. Frame with scattered scratches to legs commensurate with age and light use. Minor wear to weathered finish with some scattered minor wood losses to edges commensurate with age and light use. No further signs of damage, loss or repair.
