- Lot Description
Continental, 20th century. A Neoclassical style pietra dura or inlaid marble center or breakfast table, the light rosso colored circular top having a beveled edge and inlaid with two borders of continuous stylized scroll motif in a dark green-grey marble enclosing a conforming band in deep rosso marble supported by a gadrooned 'cup and cover' burgundy and gilt painted wood standard resting on a burgundy painted quadripartite base on gilt wood ball feet. Approximate height 26.25", diameter of top 47".
Condition
Structurally sound and overall very good condition. Minor surface scratches to top. Minute chips around the edge of top; not obvious or distracting. Minor gilt loss to ball feet.
