- Lot Description
Marc Teho (American, Contemporary). "He's Home"-2003, acrylic on canvas, signed lower right, verso of canvas on top stretcher with title, signature, date and number. Whimsical figural painting with views of black and tan dog's faces with serious facial expressions at close range--dog at left with blue and red floral background, dog at right with green and white striped backdrop. Unframed approximately 36.5" x 36.25".
Condition
Work unframed. Wear to all corners and edges with scattered losses. Dimple on left front edge of canvas above stretcher (upper 10% of work). Scattered losses to paint throughout from abrasions. Under black light examination, appearance of misted liquid on surface--would likely benefit from light professional cleaning. Scuff in vertical line down left dog's face. No other signs of damage, loss or repair.
