• Lot Description
  Athos Menaboni (American, born Italy, 1895-1990), Collection of 6 Lithographs, 1956 and 1962, lithography by Preston Rose Co., Atlanta. A group of six lithographs, including "Brown Leghorn," "Black Minerva," and "Bobwhite" and "Mourning Dove," in both small and large sizes. Each with printed signature in image and title below, inscribed "Copyright, Mary Mobley, 1956 or 1962, Mary Mobley, Atlanta" and "Lithographed in U.S.A. = Preston Rose Co. Atlanta." Approximate height (of small) 18" x 13", (of medium) 22" x 17", (of large) 26" x 20".Note: Mary Mobley, who owned an Atlanta framing shop, owned the four original paintings of the same name, which she had reproduced as lithographs and sold them in small and large sizes.
