• Lot Description
  Chris Roberts-Antieau (American (Michigan), b. 1940- ), "After Being Soundly Trounced in Jacks by Ann "Legs" Jacob, Uncle George Bravely Challenges Ann to A Game of Mumbletype G", mixed media on wood, signed in black lower right. Modern self-taught art figural work depicting a playful depiction of the art and antique dealer Ann Jacob in a black dress with hands on hips beside George Haslan in white shirt and hat surrounded by stylized television cameras on textured multicolored ground, text in yellow outlined in black. Unframed approximately 23.9" x 15.75". Provenance: From the Private Collection of Ann Jacob of Highlands, North Carolina.
