- Lot Description
English, 19th C. English Chippendale mahogany serpentine front bachelor's chest with conforming case having a brushing slide over four graduated beaded drawers with individual locking mechanisms and blind fret carved chamfered corners on shaped bracket feet. Height 32", width 35", depth 21". Provenance: From the Private Collection of Rebecca Aggrey.
Condition
Very good condition. Minimum wear to the top, small water ring. Scratch right side back on slide. Minimal cracking to veneered drawer fronts. Repair to the back bracket foot. All wear is commensurate with age and usage.
