Chinese, Qing Dynasty Yongzheng Period mark (1723-1735), likely 20th century. A porcelain baluster vase with allover teal blue glaze incised with spiral patterning similar to a fossilized Ammonite or Nautilus shell, the vase front with smooth hand painted peony blossoms on vine in orange and purple. Underside with six character Yongzheng imperial reign mark. Approximate height 14.25", diameter 7.25".
Wear to bottom of foot commensurate with age. Light wear to gilt on top rim. Light dirt and grime to exterior--would likely benefit from light professional cleaning. No signs of damage, loss or repair.
