- Lot Description
Chinese, Late 19th century. Three piece Canton enamel tea cup set with tulip form tea cup or bowl with flared rim with matching cover that also functions as a saucer and underplate. All items hand decorated--lid and cup with pink lotus flowers and prunus fruit, underplate with lotus flower in recessed tondo surrounded by alternating medallions with courtly figures and flowers and prunus fruit. Unmarked. Teacup (without lid) approximate height 2.5", diameter 4". Diameter of underplate approximately 5.6".
