Likely American School, 20th century. A cast copper bust of a horse depicting the animal with perked ears and slightly agape mouth under flaring nostrils, with a bracket for hanging to back of horse's neck. Approximately 10.5" tall, 10.25" wide, 4.25" deep.
Remnants of adhesive on bottom edge from removed protective felt cover. Oxidation and light wear to patina commensurate with age. Visible soldering throughout including on ears, eyes, mouth and top and bottom edge of neck. No signs of pitting. No visible dents or dings. May benefit from professional cleaning. NO other signs of damage, loss or repair.
