- Lot Description
C. Jere. A wall mounted dimensional sculpture of a clipper ship or boat with four masts having many sails of sire mesh extending off them, two rowboats and appropriate scaffolding to deck, and metal flag to backmost rigging. Metal tag to verso at bottom "C. Jere". Approximately 30" tall, 42" wide.
Condition
Natural patination scattered to overall body. Hull with some slightly wavy/ bent planks. Rutter form at stern of ship bent up toward front. Some mast slightly lines bent, but unbroken. Netting appears complete and original. Flag on stern mast line slightly bent. Apparently missing two flags at top of masts. On back, corners and edges of 5 sales exhibiting minimal separation from structure. Apparently later hanging apparatus soldered to back of structure.
