Bigelow, Kennard & Company (American, 1824-1972), early 20th century. A conical leaded glass chandelier or hanging pendant lamp with conical shaped shade and geometric graduating mosaic of mottled yellow glass with an X-shaped border in amber/gold glass. Shade is stamped "BIGELOW KENNARD & CO BOSTON BIGELOW STUDIOS". Approximate diameter of shade 22.25", shade height 24", chain length is an additional 12". Note: this particular iteration of the Kennard company was operational from 1863-1923.
There are approximately 7 replaced pieces of glass and approximately 40 pieces that have heat cracks or damage. There is some lead loss. The three cluster socket appears to have been replaced. There is some recent sodering to the interior near socket mounts.
