Robert Sonneman (American), circa 1960s. An Atomic Era chrome and white metal floor lamp comprising a rectangular base surmounted by a pair of tall cylindrical shafts joined at top by a central chrome tube light socket and topped by a large conical white metal shade with vented cap at top of tubular form, the chrome body shafts extending up and through the shade to either side. Apparently unmarked. Overall approximately 57.25", diameter of shade 14.125".
Oxidation to chrome finish with some pitting. Minor wear to shade in form of cracking and minor paint loss. Majority of lamp, including base, appears to be stainless steel, attracts a magnet.
