Lucien Charles Edouard Alliot (French, 1877-1956), circa 1904. Spelter with bronze patina cast figural lamp entitled 'Solaire' depicting Loïe Fuller (star at the turn of the 20th century 'Folies Bergère') with raised arms holding aloft a stylized lamp ring; surmounted with Loetz style iridized green oil spot dome shaped shade, her exposed front torso adorned with a bib necklace and gathered draping skirt standing on a base with four feet. Inscribed to the front base 'Solaire'. The back of sculpture signed L. Alliot, with rectangular cartouche 'Copyright 1904 by Napoleon Alliot'. Approximate height 42", width 13" (finger tip to finger tip).
Overall good condition. No damage to glass shade. Bronze shows some surface scratches, oxidation but overall nice patina.
