- Lot Description
American School, 20th century. "Landscape in Reds and Greens", oil on artist board, signed lower right "D. Bradshaw". Stylized horizontal formal landscape painting with washes in green to top and bottom of a red swath to center highlighting blocky green shrubs along the horizon line. Framed approximately 36" x 47.5". Sight size approximately 23.25" 33.75". Provenance: From the Private Collection of Ann Jacob of Highlands, North Carolina.
Condition
Paint surface with four minor abrasions: at left near center, at right near center, above center, and to right of center - none particularly notable. Under black light examination, no apparent repairs. Paint layer stable with no further apparent losses, abrasions, or scratches.
