American, third quarter 19th century. An early American colorless lead or flint glass water pitcher and cream pitcher, the water pitcher in the 'Ribbed Palm' pattern with applied handle and polished pontil (approximate height at lip 8.25"), and a 'Bull's Eye with Fleur de Lys' pattern cream pitcher or jug with applied handle and polished pontil (approximate height at lip 6.25"). Neither apparently marked. Provenance: From the Estate of Mary L. Haugk, Lawrenceville, Georgia.
Bull's Eye creamer is in overall good condition. There is a small straw mark near mouth that does not penetrate through the glass and is on one side of the glass. Also a small area of roughness or residue near underside of lip. Typical scratches on base commensurate with age and usage.
