- Lot Description
Alexandra Nechita (Romanian/ American (California), b.1985). "Too Soon To Hunt" - 2000, hand embellished lithograph in colors, limited edition 20/40, published by Mourlot (Paris), pencil numbered lower left, publisher's blind stamp lower left margin, marker signed and dated "Nechita 05" lower right, pencil signed and dated lower right margin "Nechita 2000". Hand embellished print by "The Petite Picasso", a cubist figural work depicting a highly abstracted figure in yellows, greens, oranges, and blues and holding a cluster of two long-stemmed flowers in one hand. Framed approximately 42.375" x 32.5". Sight size approximately 28" x 17.75".
Condition
Examined out of the frame. Sheet not laid down, affixed to front mat board with hinging tape to top edge and right edge near top. Sheet with deckled top, bottom, and right edges. No apparent toning, foxing, or mat burn to sheet. Sheet with minor rippling to edges commensurate with general handling. Image vibrant and saturated with no apparent fading. No apparent tears, abrasions, losses, or pinholes.
