Albert Goodwin (English, 1845-1932), "Pisa", watercolor on paper, signed lower right, titled lower left. Landscape painting depicting a view of Pisa, Italy with Piazza dei Miracoli (formerly known as the Piazza del Duomo) adjacent to the Leaning Tower of Pisa at a distance with picturesque scattered trees and grass in foreground at twilight with full moon peaking through pink and purple clouds at left. Verso of work with numerous labels and notations from past owners including two labels from the Vincent Price Collection with collection number "LW36956"; a label from Beaconsfield Gallery, 27 London End, Beaconsfield, Bucks England; an Altermann & Morris Galleries label with inventory number "DC9015"; and other marks and notations including one for James Fowler Collection, Nashville, Tennessee. Framed approximately 19.5" x 24.25". Sight size approximately 9.75" x 13.75".
