Airebelle (French (Puget-sur-Argens), founded 1897). An iridized pottery vase of bowl form with tapering line from shoulder to foot and graduated ring from shoulder to mouth, the bowl raised on a slightly flaring round foot, the body decorated in green to blue to orange to pink iridescent glaze with accentuating simple line drawings of leafy branches. Impressed Airebelle mark to underside with windmill. Approximate height 5.25", diameter 7.25".
Overall good condition. Scattered pitting or pin holes during manufacturing. Glaze imperfection with flea bites to the base rim of foot and underside (see image #2). No cracks, chips or repairs noted.
