- Lot Description
After Roy Lichtenstein (American, 1923-1997), "Jobs...Not Cheese! Moffett for Senator"-1977, original offset lithograph, ink signed at lower right "Roy Lichtenstein". Figural political pop art print depicting a male figure dressed in a suit with a cheese wedge for a head, with inscription to upper margin "Jobs...not cheese!", with additional inscription to lower margin "Moffett for Senator", with final inscription to lower margin "Portrait, 1977 (c) Copyright 1977Roy Lichtenstein". Unframed approximately 33" x 23.25".
Condition
Overall excellent condition. Print is not lined. Extremely minor surface abrasions to upper and right margins. Very light curling to upper quads commensurate with having been previously rolled. No apparent losses, pinholes, or tears noted. Overall image demonstrates plastic corners holding piece to supporting foam board; not indicative of damage.
