• Lot Description
  Chinese, Guangxu Period mark (1875-1908), likely later. A finely hand painted round porcelain bowl raised on a ring foot, the exterior decorated on tondo with the Eight Buddhist Immortals represented in full figure standing atop clusters of stylized clouds and bearing their traditional attributes, the clouds over a bed of stylized waves, the bowl interior glazed in solid blue. Underside with six character underglaze blue normal script mark for the Guangxu imperial reign. Approximate diameter 7.125", height 3.25"
