A collection of five English porcelain plates comprising of one Spode plate decorated with grapes and grape leaves, marked to underside with blue stamp and inscised "Spode"; two Orientalist plates in the Imari style with bamboo centered structures at center surrounded by gilt flowers and scroll patterning at rim, unmarked; and two Ironstone plates, each with cobalt decoration accented by orange and pink flowers, both marked to underside. Largest plate approximatley 9.875" in diameter, smallest plate approximately 8" in diameter.
All five plates in good condition overall. All with areas of crazing & gilt loss, commensurate with age & usage. Pink Ironstone plate (top right in image 1) with possible repair, however, not distracting. One Orientalist plate (bottom left in image 1) with discoloration to glaze, indicating it is older & decorated by a different hand compared to the other Orientalist plate (bottom right in image 1).
