Chinese, likely 19th century. Chinese K'ang Hsi miniature blue and white porcelain garniture set comprising a pair of baluster octagonal section vases and a lobed sectioned vase, each painted with a continual scene of fishermen fishing off the banks of a rocky landscape, the rooftop of a pavilion appears between high rockwork and hills. Apparently unmarked. Baluster vase approximate height 5", lobed vase approximate height 5.5". Provenance: From the Estate of Henry G. Muecke Jr., Atlanta, Georgia.
All items with scattered minor glazing imperfections. All with wear to bottoms commensurate with age and light shelf use. Taller vase with three chips on exterior edge of rim-the largest runs approximately 0.40". Each baluster form vase with small chip on bottom edge--not particularly noticeable or distracting. All with light remnants of dirt and grime would likely benefit from professional cleaning. No signs of further damage, loss or repair.
