- Lot Description
Chinese, 20th century. A Yi Tong bottle vase form porcelain vase with a figural scene hand painted overglaze on white ground depicting two monks or holy men in a courtyard landscape with bamboo low fence behind them and centered on a tall tree, back of vase with seven lines of black calligraphic marks and one red seal mark. Unmarked. Approximate height 11.25", diameter of mouth 4".
Condition
Overall good condition. Minimal paint loss. Wear to foot as would be expected from age and contact with surface. No chips, cracks or repairs noted.
